Through successful negotiations, we were engaged to restore this beautiful Victorian style home whilst creating modern living areas. Osborne st Williamstown is one of the more prestige streets in the area. The client was very particular in not losing the rich period history and to restore the period features internally and externally whilst upgrading all the existing services including insulation to the existing areas, hydronic heating throughout, ducted heating & cooling and electric under tile heating. The architecturally extension consisted of clear and clean contemporary feel with stylish Marble finishes to the kitchen and Spotted Gum flooring throughout.
