Full strip-out and rebuild of the kitchen, main bar and amenities in a 1926 heritage-listed hotel, including structural wall removal, a new coolroom and 170 square metres of new timber flooring.
NGV - Garden Wall
Timber trusses, framing and panels for Doubleground, the 2018 NGV Architecture Commission in the Grollo Equiset Garden. Deliveries were restricted to early morning, with no movement past the garden restaurant during service.
Stringers SorrentoÂ
Bar and restaurant fit-out to an existing Ocean Beach Road building, delivering dining, courtyard bar, deli, grocery, gelato and pizza counters, private dining and a full commercial kitchen.
Whittlesea Bowls Club
Alterations and additions on three sides of the club, adding function rooms and bars, a gaming terrace, offices, a new entry and foyer, and a bowls wing. The club traded seven days a week throughout.
Trinity Hotel
New bar and venue fit-out to an existing Brighton Road building, including main bar and back-bar joinery, banquette seating, DJ booth, and a landscaped courtyard with new asphalt and shade structures.
LaManna & Sons
Internal fit-out of a cafe and espresso bar, covering structural steel, joinery, skylights, glazing and a full commercial kitchen, delivered on a ten-week programme.
NGV - Terracotta Warriors
Exhibition build for Terracotta Warriors and Cai Guo-Qiang, including demolition and curved gallery walls formed from steel columns within timber framing with laminated plywood top plates, plus display plinths and beams.
Mulgrave Country Club
Three stages of alterations and additions to an operating club, including a new gaming room and cafe. Works were programmed around defined non-trading hours so members kept full use of the venue.
Omega Chemicals
New commercial offices, car park, landscaping and fencing, built in tilt-up precast and structural steel with a passenger lift, Alucobond cladding and full mechanical, electrical and fire services.
